About Us

Wine Wix is a business that blossomed out of the 2020 Pandemic. When the world shut down, and I was left to take time off work with both my husband and all 3 of my adult children working from home, I decided to find a new hobby. I have always loved candles, so I researched candle making and began pouring new candles into old, used candle jars. At the same time, my family and I were drinking a lot more wine than usual, and the bottles were being sent out to the recycle bin every week. Some of these bottles were really pretty, and I wanted to find a way to repurpose them. With the help of my family, we learned to cut the bottles, sand them down, and I began filling those instead. Thus, Wine Wix was born and our mission to sip, save, and salvage began! We have come such a long way in a short time, and we really have all of our amazing customers to thank. Without you, this dream of mine could never have been a reality.
